Calling all parents! Join us at Snuggles and Struggles, the ultimate parenting support group that will make your Fridays even better! We gather every second Friday of the month, bringing parents from all over the city together. It’s time to embrace the chaos and charm of parenting!
Our meetings are led by Sarah Todd and Carol Brady. Sarah is a Licensed Independent Social Worker of Clinical Practice with speciality training in the treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADS) and Mindfulness-Based Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She provides individual and family therapy services in downtown Columbia, SC. Carol holds a M.Ed in early childhood development and parent education. When she’s not painting, she manages a non profit education coaching program that supports parents and teachers in early childhood through high school settings.
