Food & Freedom: Food Traditions, Breathwork and Movement for Families

All perinatal & other young families in Berkeley County are invited to the new free series, Food & Freedom! During this fun, relaxed 5-week series, families will explore food traditions through Southern, Gullah Geechee and Indigenous heritages together. It’s all about connecting, learning and celebrating the freedom of being together through food and fun! Dive into the joy of sharing meals, breathe easy with guided breathwork, and get moving with playful movement activities that everyone can enjoy.
