This parent & child sound bath event was created with the intention of introducing to our little ones a way to slow down, rebalance, and relax. By modeling mindfulness practices to our children, we teach them tools to self-regulate and process their emotions in healthy and creative ways. Parents are invited to surrender to the sound, experience the waves of frequency, and allow this experience to connect with themselves and their little ones.
For the Sound Bath, parents will lay down and get comfortable, and the kids, well… they will be kids! They can lay, sit, wobble, and either have their eyes opened or closed during the experience; all are welcomed! This is an excellent opportunity for the parents to practice letting go of control and mindfully observe and enjoy the moment. Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, blanket and eye covers if you like
