Join Richland County as they celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of County neighborhoods from the past year. From delicious food to line dancing, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. Vote for the best neighborhood in the “Best Neighborhood Display” contest! Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs and blankets to relax and soak up the community spirit.
