Parenting is a beautiful, demanding journey that often leaves little time for your own care. This weekly session offers a restorative space for parents to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with themselves and with each other. Join meditation facilitator and mindful parenting advocate Natasha Fong in a nurturing space where we blend calming practices like Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) and Yoga Nidra with supportive discussions around the emotional and mental load of parenting.

Whether you’re in the thick of toddlerhood or navigating teen years, you’ll leave with tools and support to feel more grounded, present, and recharged.
