Characters in the Park: Back to School Edition

Cheers to a new school year! The Richland County parks are passing out FREE school supplies (while supplies last) to help ensure students in the community have a successful school year. Each child must be present to receive their supplies. This event is for children ages 5 to 18 and their parents!
