A Mother’s Day Gathering for Those Who Have Lost

May 10 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
If Mother’s Day feels like a day to “get through” rather than a day to celebrate, spend it in a safe space. This quiet, unstructured sanctuary is for anyone navigating the loss of a mother or child. It doesn’t matter if it’s been weeks or years. No forced sharing, no pressure and no awkward icebreakers. Just a peaceful environment and supportive company.
  • Create: Help yourself to our tactile craft stations.
  • Reflect: Find a quiet corner for journaling or meditation. Bring a photo to add to our Remembrance Table
  • Connect: Share a cup of tea and a “no-small-talk” conversation with those who understand.
  • Be: Just exist in a room where you don’t have to explain your grief.
Come as you are. Leave when you need to. This will be a sacred space. Out of respect for others, please only attend if you’ve experienced a loss that makes this day difficult. You may RSVP or sign up for the gathering, but it is not necessary. We understand the weight of the day may require last-minute adjustments in attendance.
