Helping Children Cope with Nightmares – Free Parenting Workshop

During the FREE workshop, we will discuss different strategies to help teach your child how to cope with nightmares and night terrors.
All in-person participants will receive a free $10 gas gift card. Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
