Take a Kid Fishing Day – Surfside Pier

Join SCDNR and partnered Horry County Fishing Piers for the annual Take a Kid Fishing Day! This exciting event will take place across various piers. Children ages 3 and up, accompanied by one adult, will get to fish for free. Raffle tickets will also be included.
The first 25 children who are registered and attend will receive a free tackle box and tackle. (PARENTS: Do not register yourself — only register children.) All participating children must RSVP to attend.
Note: This is a catch and release event only.
