DESCRIPTION:Join Good Company Yoga on the grounds of the South Carolina Statehouse for a special free class in celebration of International Day of Yoga! This outdoor event is the perfect opportunity to connect with community as you start your morning with movement and mindfulness — then walk to Soda City Market\, Main Street District\, or The Vista to continue good vibes in the capital city. Bring your friends\, family\, kids\, and pets. \nPre-registration is required. One ticket transaction per person. Please bring your own yoga mat. Grounds open at 7am for yoga participants. Be sure to arrive on or before 7:45am for a prompt 8am class start time. In the event of inclement weather\, participants will be notified of any class changes via the email used for registration.
