High blood pressure increases your risk for serious health problems\, including stroke and heart attack. \nPelham Medical Center partners with Middle Tyger Family YMCA in Duncan to offer free blood pressure screenings. In addition to having your blood pressure checked\, you will receive a tracking card to help keep up with your numbers plus education about what the numbers mean and ways to control hypertension.
