Coping Kids Connect is a local\, virtual support group for children impacted by a loved one’s cancer diagnosis. \nDuring this support group\, kids and teens will: \n\nKnow this is a safe place to process their challenging emotions\nIdentify coping strategies unique to them\nConnect with peers who are going through similar experiences\nShare their feelings\, build resilience and learn healthy ways to manage stress and uncertainty during a difficult time through age-appropriate activities\, discussions and guidance from a child life specialist
