SUMMARY:Healing Our Inner Child through IFS (Internal Family Systems)
DESCRIPTION:Each of us carries younger versions of ourselves—playful\, curious\, wounded—that shape how we think\, feel\, and relate. In this weekly session\, Elyse Iovino creates a safe\, supportive space to explore and heal those inner parts. Blending Internal Family Systems (IFS)\, improv\, mindfulness\, and self-reflection\, Elyse gently guides participants to reconnect with their inner child with curiosity and compassion—whether you’re just beginning or deep in your healing journey.
